“WORK-LIFE BALANCE” KONSEPSIYASINING NAZARIY ASOSLARI VA OʻZBEKISTON SHAROITIDA JORIY ETISH MEXANIZMLARI

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy mehnat munosabatlarida muhim ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan “work-life balance” (ish va shaxsiy hayot muvozanati) konsepsiyasi tizimli ravishda tahlil qilingan. Konsepsiyaning nazariy asoslari va uni Oʻzbekiston sharoitida joriy etish mexanizmlari kompleks jihatdan oʻrganilgan. Xususan, pandemiya, raqamli texnologiyalar va global mehnat bozoridagi oʻzgarishlar fonida mazkur konsepsiyaning dolzarbligi asoslab berilgan. Xalqaro me’yoriy hujjatlar, g‘arbiy olimlarning qarashlari hamda Greenhaus, Beutell va Clark kabi tadqiqotchilarning nazariy yondashuvlari keng yoritilgan. Maqolada konsepsiyaning uch asosiy elementi – moslashuvchan ish grafigi, oilaviy majburiyatlarni qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlari va stress-menejment tizimlari – batafsil ochib berilgan. Yevropa Ittifoqi va Skandinaviya mamlakatlari tajribasi misolida ilg‘or amaliyotlar tahlil qilingan. Oʻzbekiston sharoitida konsepsiyani joriy etishning qonunchilik va institutsional yoʻnalishlari: Mehnat kodeksiga oʻzgartirishlar kiritish, maxsus davlat dasturlarini ishlab chiqish va monitoring tizimini yaratish zarurligi asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ish va shaxsiy hayot muvozanatini joriy etish xodimlarning ruhiy va jismoniy salomatligini mustahkamlashi, mehnat unumdorligini oshirishi va zamonaviy mehnat munosabatlarini rivojlantirishga xizmat qilishini koʻrsatadi. Shuningdek, konsepsiyani milliy mehnat qonunchiligiga integratsiyalash va bosqichma-bosqich amalga oshirish xodimlarning ish samaradorligini oshirish, sogʻligini yaxshilash hamda oila institutini mustahkamlashga xizmat qilishi taʼkidlangan.
